- Cost of Insurance.

- Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majure situation before the tour departure or during the tour such as change in airline Schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- Personal exp ense like Porterage , Laundary, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of groups set meal menu.
- Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency. Cost of any optional activity or service.
- Any thing specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes column.

- Tour will be confirmed only after making 50% advance payment of Total Tour Cost.
- On tour Guests are requested to carry photo copy (xerox ) of any driving license.
- Tour prices are subject to change depending upon the group size.
- Cancellation & refund as per company’s terms and conditions.
- Company has right to change the tour Itinerary under any unavoidable circumstances without prior intimation.
- Company has right to change the Hotel due to non-Availability.
- In case of any dispute, our financial liability is restricted to a maximum 20% of the total package cost.
- Company will not be responsible for any Breakdown issues of Vehicle.
- All payment should be made 10 days prior departure of the tour.
- The tour price mentioned for this tour is for Indian Nationals Only.
- Standard Check in and check out time of Hotels in India is generally 1:30 pm and 10 am respectively.
- Dormitory stay means 8 to 10 adults stay together in one room, separate arrangements are done for ladies & gents.
- The company does not provide LTC (Leave Travel Concession) documents. Incase of group Packages we only provide a comprehensive bill (meals + travel+ accommodation) of the total cost. If at all, the total cost if at all the guest/s wishes to obtain any travel documents, the same must be conveyed to the company at the time of booking itself in the form . of written application with the complete list of documents required .
