Step into the lap of luxury with Magnolia Villa, a jewel in StayVista's Vieda Collection. Tucked away in the picturesque town of Alibaug, this villa promises a luxury staycation experience beyond the ordinary. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional cost. - The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. - A bonfire setup can be arranged for an additional charge. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS -Guests do not have access to the basement room. -The villa is home to an abundance of vintage artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them. -Please note that guests are not allowed to pluck the fruits from the orchards. -The location of the villa is secluded. -All-male groups are not allowed. -This is not a pet-friendly property. -In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. -Additionally, the inverter can support all appliances excluding the ACs for up to 2 hours. -Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. -There property houses two friendly Indie dogs - Kalu and Lola for security purposes. -This is a standalone property. -The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. -Please note that there is no AC in the open living room. -Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. POLICIES -The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. -A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. -This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. -All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. -There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of the property.
