Tinted Skies – a spacious, modernly built, airy villa is the perfect getaway in the midst of nature you will ever need. It is nestled between the lush grasslands, surrounded by mountains, offering a 360° seamless view from every corner of the property. The living areas are so spacious, and yet feel so homely because of the tasteful and impeccable decor choices. To top it all off, the expansive lawn, along with a bonfire, private pool, and jacuzzi make this tranquil home the perfect epitome of luxury. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that for less than 4 guests, only two rooms can be made available. In case the property is occupied by more than 4 guests, the third room can be made available for the same. - All-male and female groups are allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - The jacuzzi does not offer a the heating feature. - The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Generator can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 2 hours so as to be used throughout the day. - Additionally, the inverter can be used once the generator is turned off and can support all fans and lights. The inverter cannot support any heavy appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Vi, Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Guests are advised to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure for bugs and insects at the property due to its location. - The stay is a part of a gated complex.
